Pickled Vegetables

Pickled veggies are a very flavorful side that you can add to almost any meal.
They are crunchy, so very good for you, and add nice color to your plate.

You can pickle almost any vegetable - cabbage, daikon radish, regular radish, snow peas, asparagus, cauliflower, zucchini, celery, okra, green beans, jalapenos, and on and on and on.

Try pickling some mushrooms or some broccoli. Experiment and find out what works the best for you and your family.
