Cauliflower Color Salad

My husband would be happy just eating meat and bread, but that’s not good for him. I struggle with getting enough vegetables in our diet. That’s where this salad comes in. It’s got a nice amount of veggies, good flavor, and my family loves it. The kids even ask for seconds!

This recipe is so flexible - you can add or subtract any of the vegetables. Put in what you like, take out what you don’t. Tweak it so your family loves it.
