Chocolate Bombs

I love, love, love chocolate.

Unfortunately, most chocolate products have sugar and I do my best to avoid that as much as possible.

This recipe is easy to make and is a fantastic substitute for processed chocolates. It satisfies my sweet tooth and makes me happy knowing that I am fueling my body with good ingredients.


I used the Trim Healthy Mama Super Sweet brand sweetener. It is a combination of erythritol and stevia. If you prefer another sweetener, use that. You may have to play with the amounts a bit to figure out what tastes good to you. Just experiment.

Feel free to tweak this recipe to suit you.

If you don’t like peanut butter, don’t use it. Try it with all almond butter.

If you don’t like almond butter, try it with cashew butter.

If you don’t like any of those, grind up your favorite kind of nut and make it a butter you can use in this recipe.

Add more vanilla if you want. Add caramel flavoring if you’d like. Make it yours and enjoy!
